I think it might be an artist named 'Hardcastle' who made a LOT of drawings for the British Spanking Magazine "Janus" it was a GREAT Magazine back before the everything went online when the internet came around back in the 1990's you would have really liked seeing the assorted magazines that were out back then! (I have a few copies I can show you if you'd like) ;)
